Agentis provides AI-powered voice receptionist services for healthcare clinics. Our services include automated call answering, appointment scheduling, patient inquiry handling, and related communication services.

2. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed on a monthly basis following an initial setup fee. Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.

4. Limitations

While Agentis strives for high accuracy, our AI system is not a substitute for licensed medical professionals. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made based on information relayed through our service.
