1. Services
Agentis provides AI-powered voice receptionist services for healthcare clinics and businesses. Our receptionists are AI-powered — they are not human agents. Our services include automated call answering, appointment scheduling, inquiry handling, call routing, and related communication services. Agentis does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace licensed healthcare professionals.
2. Subscription & Billing
Services are billed on a monthly basis following an initial setup fee. Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. All fees are charged in US dollars.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@getagentis.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month's subscription fee — if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of service, contact us for a full refund of your monthly subscription fee (setup fees excluded).
4. AI Disclosure
Our receptionists are AI-powered and use artificial intelligence to process and respond to calls. While our AI is designed to be accurate and helpful, it may occasionally misunderstand or misinterpret caller requests. Agentis is not a substitute for human judgment, and callers interacting with our service are interacting with an AI system, not a human operator.
5. Data Handling
Calls handled by Agentis may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery and quality improvement purposes. Call recordings, transcriptions, and associated metadata are stored securely and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the recording and processing of calls made to your Agentis-enabled phone number.
6. Third-Party Services
Agentis relies on third-party providers to deliver its services, including but not limited to: LiveKit (real-time voice infrastructure), Deepgram (speech-to-text), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), and OpenAI (conversational AI). Your use of Agentis is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third-party services.
7. Liability Limitations
Agentis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentis and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel by emailing hello@getagentis.ai or through your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a manner that could harm Agentis or other users. Upon termination, your call data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted, unless otherwise required by law.
