1. AI Agentic Assessment — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
The AI Agentic Assessment ($999 one-time) is backed by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the assessment or the delivered report, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After the 7-day window or once the assessment call has been completed and the custom report has been delivered, no refund is available.
2. AI Readiness Lab — Digital Access
The AI Readiness Lab ($19 one-time) provides immediate digital access to tools, diagnostics, and reports. Because the product is delivered digitally, we cannot offer a refund once access has been used. If you request a refund before accessing the Lab, we will honor it within 7 days of purchase.
3. Subscriptions — Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Setup fees and one-time implementation fees are non-refundable.
